University of Travnik within WP1 –Capacity building ( Leader WUS) was a part of SITE VSIT which was organized by UNT in cooperation with partners from Belgium, UCLL (Helena Bijens and Liesbeth Spanjers ). The site visit took a place from 3rd to 6th May 2017. (2 working days+2 travel). NGO Partner SMOC (Sarajevo) contributed to the site visit as a part of BiH Consortium. The concept of working days of site visit was divided on group and individual sessions. Group session was organized in order to introduce participants, present short details of the project in general, present the partners as well as purpose of site visit and results of Fact finding tools. Individual discussions involved Management, teaching, administrative and technical staff as well as student discussion. The first working day started at 10:00 a.m. and finished at 18:30 p.m. as it presented in Agenda. The next day started at 11:00 a.m. and the focus was on group discussion about opportunities and potential problems as well as identification of capacity needs.
