{"id":63914,"date":"2019-01-07T12:55:43","date_gmt":"2019-01-07T12:55:43","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.eft.ba\/web\/?p=63914"},"modified":"2019-01-09T09:27:33","modified_gmt":"2019-01-09T09:27:33","slug":"inclusion-staff-training-december-2019","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.eft.ba\/web\/2019\/01\/07\/inclusion-staff-training-december-2019\/","title":{"rendered":"Inclusion staff training, December 2018."},"content":{"rendered":"<p><em><strong>INKLUZIJA TRENING ZA NASTAVNO OSOBLJE<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Erasmus+ Projekt <strong><em>\u201eInclusion\u201c <\/em><\/strong>K2 ( izgradnja kapaciteta visokog obrazovanja) u kojem je Univerzitet u Travniku jednakopravan partner sa 14 institucija u okviru projekta, 5 zemalja, &nbsp;ulazi u klju\u010dne aktivnosti koje imaju za cilj prkati\u010dno manifestirati i utjecati na va\u017enost inkluzivnog u\u010denja i podu\u010davanja.<\/p>\n<p>Konzorcij projekta zemalja koje u\u010destvuju u ovom projektu cijelu godinu se pripremao za treninge&nbsp; nastavnog i nenastavnog osoblja, te alate koji \u0107e cjelokupan proces i pristup inkluzivnom u\u010denju&nbsp; i podu\u010davanju pribli\u017eiti svojim institucijama.<\/p>\n<p>S tim u vezi, konzorcij projekta Bosne i Hercegovine, Univerzitet u Travniku (UNT) i Univerzitet u Tuzli (UNTZ), zajedno sa Univerzitetima u Armeniji, organizovao jeu decembru 2018. godine radionice, treninge za nastavno i nenastavno osoblje. Pored UNT i UNTZ konzorcij proketa BiH \u010dine jo\u0161 i Sarajevo susret kultura (SMOC) i Federalnom ministarsvo obrazovanja i nauke Federacije BiH (FMON).<\/p>\n<p>Radionice u Travniku, odr\u017eale su se u dva bloka na Edukacijskom fakultetu Univerziteta u Travniku.<\/p>\n<p>Prvi blok za nastavno osoblje, obuhvatio je proces inkluzivnog u\u010denja i podu\u010davanja u oblastima razumijevanja inkluzije u cjelosti, inkluzivne u\u010dionice, inkluzivnog kurikuluma i inkluzivnog na\u010dina predavanja. U okviru prvog bloka za nenastavno osoblje, radionice su obuhvatile procese inkluzivne administracije, komunikacije sa studentima i potrebnih resursa.<\/p>\n<p>Drugi blok radionica, koncipiran je bio po modelu <em>\u201eKako uklju\u010diti svakoga u proces u\u010denja?!\u201c <\/em>Za nastavno osoblje pripremljene su mnoge <em>case study<\/em> aktivnosti, primjeri iz prakse i alati koji mogu pomo\u0107i u prosesu inkluzivnog podu\u010davanja. Univerzitet u Travniku, dao je dodatni doprinos, te kreirao i radionicu za studente zbog kojih je ovaj projekat u kona\u010dnici i postoji.<\/p>\n<p>Predava\u010di pomenutih radionica su ljudi koji su od po\u010detka uklju\u010deni u ovaj projekat, a \u0161to je najva\u017enije oni godinama sprovode procese inkluzivnog na\u010dina u\u010denja i podu\u010davanja, te kreiranja razli\u010ditih modela za diferencirane grupe u procesima u\u010denja i podu\u010davanja. Oni su: prof.dr. Izet Ra\u0111o, doc.dr.sci. Amra Tuzovi\u0107, Mr. Maja \u0110uri\u0107, te dodatna pomo\u0107i, te asistencija projektnog tima i pomo\u0107 u kreireanju odre\u0111enih poglavlja stru\u010dnog vodi\u0107a poja\u010dana je od strane Mr. Amna Tuzovi\u0107 i Mr. Dijana Ra\u0111o.<\/p>\n<p>Veoma va\u017ean dokument kreiran o strane projektnog tima Inclusion projekta svih zemalja koje u\u010destvuju u projektu (Bosna i Hercegovina, Armenija, Ujedinjeno Kraljevstvo, Belgija, Austrija) jeste <em>\u201eVodi\u0107 za inluzivno u\u010denje i podu\u010davanje\u201c<\/em> predstavlja dio odr\u017eivosti samog projetka i \u010diji su dijelovi predstavljeni u Belgiji, Luven, u junu 2018. godine.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>INCLUSION STAFF TRAINING<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>University of Travnik is an equal partner with 14 institutions, five countries in Erasmus+ project \u201eInclusion\u201c (capacity building in HE).&nbsp; The goal of activities in project is to practically manifest and affect &nbsp;importance of inclusive teaching and learning.<\/p>\n<p>Project consortium of countries which are the part of this project was preparing for trainings for teaching and administrative staff and tools that will bring inclusive teaching and learning closer to their institutions.<\/p>\n<p>University of Travnik, University of Tuzla and Universities in Armenia organizated workshops and trainings for university staff in December,2018. Except UNT and UNTZ, consortium of &nbsp;BIH in this project are also: Sarajevo meeting of cultures (SMOC) and Federal ministry of education and science of Federation of Bosna and Herzegovina. (FMON)<\/p>\n<p>Workshops in Travnik were held in two blocks on Faculty of Education, University of Travnik.<\/p>\n<p>First block for teaching staff was about process of inclusive teaching and learning, in area of understanding the meaning of inclusion, inclusive classroom, inclusive curricullum and&nbsp; inclusive way of &nbsp;lecturing. The first block for non-teaching staff was about processes of inclusive administration, comunication with students and needed recourses.<\/p>\n<p>Second block was conceptualized by model \u201eHow to include everyone in a process of learning?!\u201c For teaching staff were prepared case studies activities, examples in practice and tools which can help in process of inclusive teaching. University of Travnik gave contribution and created workshop for students which are actually the reason of this project.<\/p>\n<p>Lecturer of workshops were people who are included in this project from the very begining, and the most important thing is that these people do inclusive way of lecturing for years and they create different models for differentiated groups in processes of learning and teaching.&nbsp; They are: prof.dr. Izet Ra\u0111o, doc.dr.sci. Amra Tuzovi\u0107, mr. Maya \u0110uri\u0107. Assists of project team are Mr. Amna Tuzovi\u0107 and Mr. Dijana Ra\u0111o.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Important document is created by project team of all countres which are included in project (Bosnia and Herzegovina,&nbsp; Armenia, The United Kingdom, Belgium, Austria). The name of document is \u201cGuide for inclusive teaching and learning\u201c and it is part of sustainability of project.
